SEF International Universal Credit Organization was founded in 1997 by World Vision International Christian Charitable Organization. In 2003 SEF International was licensed by of Central Bank of Armenia as Universal Credit Organization. Since 2009 SEF is governed and owned by Vision Fund International, which is microfinance subsidiary of World Vision. Through extending business development and financial services to emerging entrepreneurs in search of productive opportunities we support families and communities striving for decent life for children in Armenia. SEF has been offering financial consultation, variety of loan products to farmers, urban businesses and consumers with a focus on improving quality of life for children. SEF International has already 16-year experience in Armenia and is operating in Yerevan, Syunik, Aragatsotn, Armavir, Lori, Ararat, Vayots Dzor, Ararat, Armavir and Shirak regions.
