I think it is a good idea to have "One day at X company" banner. It is pretty interesting. |

Hi! Many thanks to everybody for the answers! :) Dear Artashes Vardanyan, "One day in a company " service is a picture story about your company (One day in your company). The photographer is being given by HR.AM. You just choose the photos you like and then we write the story of your company for this day and place “one day in your company” at www.hr.am portal. + Now we are going to publish it in one of the most popular armenian magazines, too. With the help of the service thousands of people will be able to learn about your company. About the salary. Only the company itself can decide if it wants to publish the salary, we can't force a company to specify the salary. One of the reasons why companies don't indicate the salary is the qualification of the specialists. Both junior and expert can apply for the the same position. Of course, payment for each of them will be different. |

1)i think i think both 2) i havent realised for myself whats it, but for professionals i think it will be a benefit for them 3)I think it will be better if you negotiate with the companies to put the sallaries in their announcements... as when people who have a current job (not unemployees) , and want to change it the core precondition is salary... |
